I met Aurélie Wen thanks to Manon Frayssinet (thank you, Manon:)). Originally, I was looking to organize a hackathon for #trumontreal. Aurélie is in charge of North America for Agorize, a company specializing in the organization of this type of competition. For various reasons, I abandoned for the moment the said project (but did not say my last word;).
For the third year in a row, Infopresse organized its Employer Brand Forum in October. This year's theme: Attract, Recruit, Retain: New Strategies.
In Quebec, several online solutions have been developed for psychometric tests. On the other hand I am often asked if there are technical test platforms of the office type or languages. Well, this is the case with Zmartests, a platform launched recently. I had the pleasure to discuss it with Johanne Dumas, its founder.
