How do you see the recruitment world evolving?
Digitization and globalization of business represent a huge change but open up a host of opportunities in the HR world. The advent of new technologies disrupts recruitment practices and changes the candidate experience. The new recruitment and sourcing methods (mobile, artificial intelligence, social networks…) require an upgrading of skills to meet the challenge they bring about. As a researcher, I’m interested in understanding their significance for employers and employees, as well as for candidates and the HR profession as a whole.
